E.J.B. was E. J. Baumgartner and he was a Saloon Proprietor in the early teens in Billings. His Saloon was located at 17 South 27th Street and you can find a Business Directory listing for him in Billings Montana Section of the 1912 R. G. Dun Gazetteer. By 1916 the Saloon was listed under the names of Ulrich E. and Herbert G. Baumgartner.
