This rare token is also an error token. The issuer's name was Jno. C. Mabee or J. C. Mabee and not "T" C Mabee as listed on the token.

J. C. Mabee was a Saloon Proprietor in Gildford back in the teens. See, for example, his Business Directory listing in the 1914 Bradstreet or 1916 MN-DAKS-MT Gazetteer. A copy of his 1916 listing is provided below.
