I believe that this token comes from Minnesota..either Osakis or Red Wing. Both towns had Saloon Proprietors with the right name at about the right time... the Osakis and Red Wing Andersons go back to 1884 and BBC10b tokens were generally found in the 1884 - 1893 period.
