Bilz City was was a business that sold novelty and amusement items like cap guns and fire works in the late 1930's and early 1940's. It was close to Omaha, Nebraska at 84th and Center Streets (at the time, that was just outside the city limits).

This token is marked S-5 and that indicated a 1939 or later date.
