The Growcocks ran various businesses - auto sales, garage and billiards and beverages - in Clarks, Nebraska from about 1917 on up into the 1940's. I believe that this token was issued by the Billiards and Beverages Parlor of the late 1930's and early 1940's which was listed in Business Directories under the name of Fred Growcock
