J. A. B. was Joseph A. Bachant and he was a Saloon Proprietor in Kalispell, Montana from about the turn of the 20th Century to 1906. He has Business Directory listings in the 1900, 1904 and 1906 (with a partner) R. L. Polk Gazetteers. A copy of his 1900 listing is provided below.
