Billings, Montana BRUNSWICK BAR SIMEK BROS 25c Token- Variety

Stamping Variety- note the relationship of "merchandise" to the 25c on the reverse. It is very close to the c sign.

The Simek Brothers started out by running a Restaurant in Billings in the late 1920's. See, for example, their listing in the 1927 Montana Bradstreet. After the repeal of Prohibition in 1933, they ran the Brunswick Bar, which was listed in Montana Directories as a Saloon. They continued to run the Bar/ Saloon into the late 1940's.
